At SNAPZYKIDS, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
Returns
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The product is damaged

The wrong item was delivered

The size is incorrect
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or washed clothing

Items without original tags
-
Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
Exchange
Our exchange process is simple and convenient. When you request an exchange, we will send a new parcel to you, and the rider who delivers the new parcel will take the items to be exchanged back. Please note that this is a two-way delivery, and the delivery cost will double from 149 to 298. However, you will benefit from the convenience of exchange at your doorstep. For larger parcels weighing more than 2-3 kg, the delivery charges may be slightly higher.
If the exchange is due to an issue on our part, such as incorrect sizes sent by us, we offer free replacement at your doorstep.
